We are so pleased that you have chosen us to build your new website.
To make the process as stress free as possible we have outlined below what we will need before we can start to build your new website.
Google Drive
We will set up a dedicated Google drive folder for you. We will send the link to you separately. In this folder you will find different folders called:
Branding Document
If you have any branding documentation e.g. colours, fonts please upload it here.
Copy
Unless previously agreed we will write the first draft of your website copy, you can always tweak it later. However, please upload a document with bullet points about the history of the business. In here please also add any key benefits customers have working with your business including insurances, trade association memberships etc.
Photos and video
We will create sub folders for each service you provide. Please upload photos in the correct folder, so we know what they are 😉.
All images need to be in either .jpg or .png format. They must not be in PDF or word documents.
All videos need to be in .MP4 format.
Logo
Please up load your logo here. This file should be a either .jpg or .png format and be a minimum size of 250 to 400 pixels wide.
We need all of this to be uploaded within a week as we cannot start building your site till we have it.
Domain Registrar
Please upload your domain registrar login details – this is where you bought and renew your domain each year, e.g. GoDaddy, Namecheap. We need this so we will be able to take your website live when it is finished.
Communication
We will set up a WhatsApp group between you (and any colleagues), Jens our project manager and Philip. Please use this to communicate with us, but please upload all data to the Google Drive.
