Driving Sales Locally

For commercial cleaners

Get on the shortlist before the tender goes out

Office managers and site managers rarely pick a cleaning firm on a whim. They search, compare three or four websites, and only contact the ones that look organised enough to trust with their keys.

Typical customers: Office and practice managers, facilities teams, landlords of shared workspaces, schools, gyms, car dealerships and owners of industrial units.

Commercial cleaning

  • Evidence you already clean buildings like theirs: offices, surgeries, showrooms or warehouses
  • Public liability insurance, vetted staff and a clear keyholding process
  • A named contact, and how quickly you cover holidays and absences

Why good cleaning firms get overlooked

Contracts rarely change hands

Most businesses only look for a new cleaner when the current one lets them down. If you’re not visible on that one bad Monday morning, the contract goes to whoever is.

A website that says you clean everything

Buyers want to see that you understand their kind of building. A single page about offices, homes and carpets all at once makes a serious firm look like a one-van operation.

The work happens when nobody’s watching

Your teams clean before the office opens or after it shuts. Few people see the standard you keep, so it never gets talked about unless you show it.

The same questions on every call

Buyers ask about insurance, staff vetting, keyholding and what happens when a cleaner is off sick. If those answers aren’t on your website, some of them never ring to ask.

What a facilities buyer checks first

Someone choosing a contract cleaner is spending the company’s money and putting their own name on the decision. They look for signs that you won’t make them regret it.

  • Evidence you already clean buildings like theirs: offices, surgeries, showrooms or warehouses
  • Public liability insurance, vetted staff and a clear keyholding process
  • A named contact, and how quickly you cover holidays and absences
  • Recent Google reviews from other businesses, with your replies underneath
  • An easy way to book a site visit and receive a written quote

Searches your next contract starts with

  • office cleaners leeds city centre
  • commercial cleaning company bradford
  • contract cleaners huddersfield
  • warehouse cleaning wakefield
  • dental surgery cleaners halifax
  • industrial unit cleaning brighouse

Pages built to win contracts, not one-off cleans

  • A page for each type of premises you clean, such as offices, medical and dental, education, retail and industrial
  • Location pages for the business districts you cover, from Leeds city centre and Thorpe Park to the units along the M62
  • A plain explanation of how your contracts run: frequency, supervision, keyholding and holiday cover
  • A trust page covering insurance, staff vetting, training and how you handle COSHH and chemical safety
  • A site visit request form that asks for building type, size and preferred cleaning hours
  • Before-and-after galleries for deep cleans, carpet work and hard floor restoration

What goes out each month

  • A short write-up of a deep clean at a converted mill office in Halifax, with before-and-after photos used with permission
  • A Google post explaining what a clean covers when a business moves out of a leased unit
  • An article on how to compare cleaning quotes fairly, so buyers know which questions to ask
  • A social post introducing a supervisor by first name and showing how they check standards on site

One monthly fee

Everything on this page sits inside one plan at £225 a month. Your website is included, and you won’t pay a set-up fee.

£225 a month

The build is part of the price, there’s nothing to pay up front, and the site is yours after the first 12 months.

Questions from cleaning companies

Is there a way to attract larger contracts, not just small offices?

We can build pages aimed at the buyers you want, such as multi-site offices, schools or industrial units, written in the language those buyers use. Winning the work still comes down to your quote and your service, but you’ll be easier to find and easier to assess.

Some customers don’t want their building named online. Is that a problem?

Not at all. We describe each job by type and area, like a three-floor office in Wakefield, and only use names or photos where you have permission.

Do commercial buyers actually leave reviews?

Less readily than homeowners, so timing matters, such as straight after a contract review or a big deep clean. Managing Reviews sends a simple request to every customer and never filters what they say.

We also clean homes. Should that go on the same website?

It can, but we’d give it its own clearly separate section. That way a facilities manager isn’t wading through oven cleaning prices to find out whether you can handle their building.
