Driving Sales Locally

For landscapers and gardeners

Let your finished gardens do the selling

Garden projects are planned with the eyes: people scroll through photos for weeks before they ask anyone for a quote. We make sure the photos they find are yours, in their part of West Yorkshire.

Typical customers: Homeowners planning a new garden, busy households wanting regular maintenance, landlords, housebuilders and businesses with grounds to keep.

Landscaping

  • Finished gardens similar in size and style to their own
  • Experience with awkward ground, such as steep, sloping plots and heavy, wet soil
  • Skills that are harder to find, like dry-stone walling or natural stone paving

What holds a landscaping business back online

Great work, scattered photos

Your best gardens are spread across your phone, an old Facebook page and a few customers’ memories. Without one place to show them, people can’t see what you’re capable of.

Everyone wants it done by June

Enquiries pile up in spring and dry up in the dark months. Content that encourages early planning and winter jobs, like walling and hard landscaping, spreads the load.

Quotes for gardens that never happen

Plenty of people ask for a price on a dream garden they can’t yet afford. A website that shows typical project types and where budgets usually start helps the serious ones come forward.

Maintenance and builds get muddled

A weekly mowing round and a full garden build are different jobs bought by different people. One page trying to cover both sells neither of them well.

How people choose who does their garden

A garden is personal and often a big spend. Buyers are judging taste as much as skill.

  • Finished gardens similar in size and style to their own
  • Experience with awkward ground, such as steep, sloping plots and heavy, wet soil
  • Skills that are harder to find, like dry-stone walling or natural stone paving
  • A clear picture of how the project will run, from design to clear-up
  • Recent reviews mentioning tidiness, communication and finishing on time

What garden owners search for

  • landscape gardener ilkley
  • dry stone wall repair hebden bridge
  • patio installers wetherby
  • garden maintenance roundhay
  • artificial grass fitters pontefract
  • fencing contractors morley

A website that works like a portfolio

  • A project gallery sorted by type: patios, walls, driveways, planting and complete garden builds
  • Service pages for hard landscaping, soft landscaping, maintenance, fencing and dry-stone walling
  • A page on sloping and terraced gardens, which are common on the hillsides around Holmfirth, Hebden Bridge and Ilkley
  • Area pages for the towns and villages where you want bigger projects
  • An enquiry form that asks about garden size, budget range and timescale, with photo upload
  • A maintenance page with a simple way to sign up for regular visits

A month of garden content

  • A before-and-after write-up of a terraced garden on a steep plot in Holmfirth, with photos at each stage
  • A winter post on why the colder months are a good time to book walling and hard landscaping
  • A short guide to choosing between natural stone and porcelain paving for a patio
  • A social post showing a dry-stone wall being rebuilt course by course

One monthly fee

Landscapers and gardeners can have all of this for £225 a month, website included and with no set-up fee.

£225 a month

The build is part of the price, there’s nothing to pay up front, and the site is yours after the first 12 months.

Questions from landscapers and gardeners

Most of my best work is from a few years ago. Can I still use it?

Yes, if the photos are decent. We’ll use older projects to fill the portfolio at the start, then mix in recent jobs each month so the site always looks current.

I want fewer mowing rounds and more full garden builds. Can the website help?

It can steer the balance. We’d give design and build projects the most space on the site and in the monthly content, while keeping maintenance available for customers who want it.

Do I need design drawings to show on the site?

No. Plans and sketches are a nice extra if you have them, but photos of the finished garden, and a few taken during the build, are what homeowners want to see.

I’m based in Otley but happy to travel. How do you handle that?

We’ll build pages for the areas where you most want work, whether that’s Wharfedale, north Leeds or further afield, and set your Google Business Profile service area to match.
